Step 1. Open Outlook.



Step 2. From the Tools menu, select Services.
Note: If you do not see Services listed, select Accounts.



Step 3. Click once on Internet E-mail to highlight it.
Step 4. Click on the Properties button.
    Note: If Internet E-mail is not listed:
    1. Click on the Add button.

    2. Click once on Internet E-mail to highlight it.
    3. Click OK.


Step 5. In the Mail Account text box, type Nethawk.
Step 6. In the Name text box, type your name.
Step 7. In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address.
Step 8. In the Reply address text box, type your e-mail address.
Step 9. Select the Servers tab.



Step 10. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) text box, type mail.nethawk.com.
Step 11. In the Incoming mail (POP3) text box, type pop.nethawk.com.

Step 12. Under "Incoming Mail Server," check the circle next to Log on using.
Step 13. In the Account name text box, type your member ID.
Step 14. In the Password text box, type your password.

Step 15. Select the Connection tab.



Step 16. Under "Connection," check the circle next to Connect using my phone line. Step 17. Select Liberty, Sensible, Nethawk, or My Connection. Step 18. Click OK.



To check ISP Wireless availability, select your area.
 
 Don't Qualify?
  If you do not qualify for ISP Wireless at this time, you may qualify for DSL.
